Privacy Policy

Welcome to the Anti-Inflammatory Living Institute. This policy explains what information we may process when you visit this site, how that information is used, and how you can contact us.

1. Information We Process

Information You Provide

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, your name (if you choose to provide it), the content of your message, and any other information you choose to provide. This information is used primarily to respond to questions, handle feedback, and maintain site content.

Technical Information Generated by Website Use

This site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. In the normal operation of the site, hosting, content delivery, and security services may automatically process certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, time of access, pages requested, and an approximate region inferred from your IP address. This information is used primarily to deliver web pages and maintain the site's availability and security.

On-site search and content filtering take place mainly in your browser and are not submitted to this site's server through a separate form. When a search term appears in a page URL with the q parameter, the term becomes part of the requested URL and may be processed by the hosting service as part of that request.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

This site's code currently does not set Cookies for analytics, advertising, or personalization, and does not use localStorage.

The Supplement Guide uses sessionStorage to temporarily remember which directory groups are expanded in the current browser tab so that interface state is preserved during your browsing session. This information remains in your browser and is not sent to this site's server by that feature; browsers normally clear it when the relevant tab is closed.

If analytics, advertising, or other features requiring Cookies or similar technologies are added in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and provide any necessary notices or choices where applicable.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Cloudflare Pages: Used for hosting, content delivery, and security protection. It may process technical information including IP address, request time, pages requested, browser or device information, and approximate region.
  • UNPKG: Used to load the Lucide icon library required by the site's interface. When you visit relevant pages, UNPKG may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and the requested resource.
  • Google Gmail: Used to receive contact emails. If you choose to send an email, Google may process your email address, message content, and any other information you choose to provide.

We do not actively sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. How We Use Information
